rich_description tool bar is not working after saving and reloading HR task template record Description The rich text editor toolbar is not working when the HR Template Description is saved and page is reloaded

Steps to Reproduce

- In OOB Utah navigate to sn_hr_core_template and create a new record - Fill in mandatory fields, this can be created for HR task table - Save the record and then click 'Switch to new UI' - Scroll to the bottom of form and select 'Rich Description' or Description in --Add Field--- drop down - The toolbar for the editor s appearing. Add some text and save the form. (Toolbar still appears) - Once the form is saved, refresh the form in browser

This happens even when you remove field and add it back. Also happens on HR task templates and HR templates pages.

Actual result: Toolbar no longer appears on form

Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
