Steps to Reproduce

- hop to Utah instance (sra1utah) - Install Granular Delegation plugin - Create some records in 'sys_delegation_rule' table - Impersonate as any user (admin --> To overcome any access restrictions) - Open the user profile in the portal - Click on 'Add delegate' button - Under Duties dropdown you can see the values

- Now the change the profile language and reload the page - Click on 'Add delegate' button - Under Duties dropdown you can see the same English values but not the translated ones

Workaround Update sys_script_include_53c4d6c4b7161110a7f9219bee11a961 API "searchRuleCategories" to use `getDisplayValue` instead of `getValue when returning "displayValue" and "message" properties for delegationRules var.
