When you create a new HR Case on the HR Agent Workspace, you see the information message stating "General Inquiry case was created", but when you refresh the page, the same message appears, when it should probably only appear once.Issue When users create a new HR Case on the HR Agent Workspace, they see the information message stating "General Inquiry case was created", however, when users refresh the page, the same message appears, when it should probably only appear once.ResolutionThe behaviour where the information message appears when users create a new HR Case on the HR Agent Workspace after refreshing the page is caused by the below being in the URL on Case Creation -info-message/General%20Inquiry%20case%20was%20created So, if users refresh the page after Case Creation, or even switch a few tabs (without making any changes to any HR Cases) and then refresh the page, this information message will always appear. This is expected behaviour. Normally users wouldn't refresh the page after an HR Case is created - they would update or save an existing HR Case, which would then change the URL where no information message is shown.
