After upgrading from Health and Safety Incident Management application v4 to v5, existing incidents will get stuck on the "Describe the injury/illness" step if the user tries to skip it. Description Incidents created in version 4 of the Health and Safety Incident Management application do not have the Playbook "Skip" functionality on the "Describe the injury/illness" step. If a user creates an Incident record in version 4, does not complete the "Describe the injury/illness" Playbook step on the incident record, upgrades to version 5, then tries to use the playbook's "Skip" feature on that step, the playbook will not continue as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

Glide Version: [Vancouver] H&S version : [OHS IM v5 ]

Issue Steps:

0. Install Health and Safety v4 latest 1. Create an incident and complete "Enter incident summary" and "People involved" steps using the Playbook feature 2. Leave the incident on the step of "Describe the injury/illness", do not progress past this step 3. Upgrade from Health and Safety v4 to Health and Safety v5 4. Open this incident and click the new "Skip" button in the "Describe the injury/illness" step

Expected Result: The playbook will skip the " Describe the injury/illness" and move on to next step (Asset) Actual Result: The playbook stuck on " Describe the injury/illness" step with some info

Workaround Customers are advised to re-create the Incident record after upgrading to version 5 of the Health and Safety Incident Management application.
