How to add sort to a drilldown reportSummaryThis article explains how to add a sort order to a drilldown report in the Reports module. Use this procedure to control the order in which drilldown data is displayed, for example, sorting a per Priority drilldown by the Updated field. Release NA Instructions 1. Login as an admin user and navigate to Reports > Administration > All 2. Locate the drilldown report and open it. 3. Select Edit report. 4. Select the condition builder filter icon to open the condition builder. [SME: Verify the exact name and location of the condition builder filter icon in the report editor UI.] Select Add sort 5. In the Add sort dialog, select the sort field — for example, select Updated — and set the sort direction. Select Save. 6. Select Save to save the report.
