Agent Chat - Difference between the 'skip_load_history' and 'load_active_only' parametersSummaryIn Agent chat configuration, When the 'skip_load_history' parameter is set to true the past conversations are cleared and a new conversation starts in the other portal page to which the user is redirected to from an on-going virtual agent chat, Whereas if load_active_only is set to true the past conversation is cleared, but the current conversation still gets loaded instead of creating a new chat/interaction. When both the parameters are set to true, then skip_load_history takes precedence and a new conversation is loaded in other portal page.
