Steps to Reproduce:

Create Business Rule Table - Walk-up Appointment[wu_appointment] Active - true Advance - null

Insert - Checked Update - Checked

Set field values Assignment group [Same as] Appointment.Catalog Item.Fulfillment group (appointment.catalog_item.group)

Add Fulfillment group in Catalog Item (Record Producer) used by Appointment Check Appointment Booking Service Configuration. Example: Seattle Service Center Config (Demo Data : sys_id=3727f21377a30010112f8b51a9106162) Catalog Item - Seattle Walk-up Appointment

Add Fulfillment group in Catalog Item (Record Producer) Example: Seattle Walk-up Appointment (Demo Data : sys_id=f565bfc377630010112f8b51a9106123) -> Fulfillment group : XXXXX_Group

Create Appointment Open Customer Support (/csm) Go to Support -> Walk-up Check In Set parameters and click "Set Appointment Schedule" What is your reason for visiting? -> Renew my subscription. Select an appointment -> select any time Click "Schedule appointment" button. Created Walk-up Appointment[wu_appointment] does not have Assignment Group.

The Appointment is created with a Business Rule "Create appointment" (sys_id=3662ba1bb3b31300eda5a72256a8dc8a) which order is 10,000. The custom Business Rule is with order 100 (by default) due to which it runs before the Appointment is created, so it would not be able to get the appointment and catalog item details.
