Emails aren't shown in the Activity Stream (especially after upgrade)Issue In the Activity Stream of the incident/change (or any other) records, the sent or received emails aren't displayed by default. This behaviour is mostly likely seen after the instance has gone through an upgrade or a patch fix etc.CauseEarlier there used to be a "Send/Received Emails" checkbox in the 'Filter Activity'(it's the funnel icon beside the Activity Stream). By enabling this checkbox, users can see the emails in the activity stream. However, this has been changed to "Email - autogenerated" in the latest releases (of all the versions). ResolutionBy clicking on the funnel icon beside the activity stream (it is called "Filter Activity" with which users can filter the Activity Streams they would like to view by default), enable the "Email - autogenerated" checkbox. If it's not available, click on "Configure available fields" and draw that field out in these. They better also draw out the "Email - correspondence" checkbox and mark it checked along with the "Email - autogenerated" checkbox. Reload the form. Make sure they are checked. This should fix the issue.
