Follow these steps: 1/ Log in to your ServiceNow instance as a user who has the admin role. 2/ Verify you are in the 'Global' Application Scope. 3/ In the application navigator, type in "sys_response_header.list" and hit enter. 4/ Select New to create a new header entry. 5/ In the Name field, enter: X-Robots-Tag 6/ In the Value field, enter: noindex 7/ Select Submit to save the configuration. See screenshot. Note: This could take time for the search engines to notice and remove the site if they do at all since they would still need to know your site exists to see the noindex tag.
