DateTime field is not displaying value in instance time-zone - Known Error

DateTime field is not displaying value in instance time-zone Description In SOW, Date/Tiem field is showing timezone based on System/Mac/PC time, instead of instance's timezone. Example: if i set instance timezone as GMT, when I open SOW, it shows timezone as system's(local machine) time and not instance timezone. Issue is reproducible in OOB as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any instance >> Change instance timezone (different than your local machines/PC timezone) 2. Open Service Operations Workspace >> List >> Open any incident record or any record which has Date/Time field added (if not, configure field on form) 3. Observe timezone will be based on your local machine's time and not instance timezone.
