Please contact your system administrator" This is not specific to the dashboard size. It could be an empty dashboard as well. To test whether this is the scenario, please test by creating an empty dashboard and exporting it. Also, please make sure you are testing this with a user who has proper rights (like admin etc) to export. CauseIdeally upon reviewing this, if you still have concerns, there could be an issue with the export servers too. This could be related to PRB1694489 as well.ResolutionPlease raise a task with ServiceNow Technical Support and we'll troubleshoot this internally if anything wrong with the export servers is detected.
