Browser console log shows the error: emit was ignored: SN_NODE_MAP_UNIFIED_CTRL#COLLAPSE_ALL_GROUPS is not a declared dispatched event of macroponent

Repairing the UX Commons 24.2.0 app does not replace the missing records. There is no mention of the missing records in the logs of the app activation. This does not affect all instances. If UX Commons 24.1.1 is installed, or was installed first before upgrading to 24.2.0, then the files from 24.1.1 remain there, and it works.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce this on demand are not yet known. It seems to depend on the version and upgrade history of the instance and CMDB Workspace and UX Commons apps. This issue has been seen on Vancouver Patch 3 or 4 + CMDB Workspace 5.0.4 + UX Commons 24.2.0

UX Commons has to have been installed for the first time on version 24.2.0 for the files, that would otherwise have been left there from version 24.1.1, to be missing.

Upgrade CMDB Workspace to 5.0.4 Enable debug javascript console in your browser Open any Unified Map Expected behaviour: The map loads

Actual behaviour: The Map simply says "Loading..." Javascript console shows the error: emit was ignored: SN_NODE_MAP_UNIFIED_CTRL#COLLAPSE_ALL_GROUPS is not a declared dispatched event of macroponent

Note: Javascript console shows loads of other errors, but these don't appear to stop it working on a working instance. The "SN_NODE_MAP_UNIFIED_CTRL#COLLAPSE_ALL_GROUPS" specific error seems to be the key.

Check for the presence of these 2 records from the UX Commons app. They will be missing. /sys_ux_event.do?sys_id=f5da9e1e4f612110876ba7b022ce0bac - this record defines the SN_NODE_MAP_UNIFIED_CTRL#COLLAPSE_ALL_GROUPS event /sys_ux_macroponent.do?sys_id=82f91ef35b73011046f91c8fb681c70f

In total 30 records that were in UX Commons 24.1.1 are not in 24.2.0.

This macrocomponent from the CMDB workspace app does exist, and is what is probably failing due to not having the event defined: /sys_ux_macroponent.do?sys_id=4bc1df1077a31110960ced43ba5a99c3
