Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Survey with some Image Scale Questions. 2. Publish and assign the Survey to the mobile user. 3. Log in Now Mobile App. 4. Go to Home -> My Items -> My Assessments and Surveys. 5. Open the Survey assigned to the mobile user just now. 6. Select Image Choices and click Next. 7. Click the Previous.

Expected behavior Only the selected choice should be highlighted in blue. Actual behavior Some not-selected choices are highlighted in grey.
