Check that the knowledge base is not linked at the taxonomy level, which restricts article access for users.5. Verify that topics have valid connected content. Remove any empty connected content entries.6. Check that each topic has a valid topic_path value: - Go to Knowledge > Topics. - Open each relevant topic. - Verify the Topic path field contains a value. - Update any empty or invalid topic path values.7. After correcting the topic_path values, reindex the kb_knowledge source: - Go to System Definition > Tables. - Open the kb_knowledge table. - Select Reindex Table from the related links or actions menu. The AI Search functionality requires accurate topic path values to return relevant results. After you complete these steps and the reindex operation finishes, the Topic Content widget returns relevant search results. Note: Reindexing large tables can take significant time and may affect system performance. Consider scheduling this operation during a maintenance window or low-usage period.
