Start Microsoft Teams chat not working for a userIssue Request Based chat is not working for one user but works for the rest of the agents. Release any Cause The impacted user did not have a linked account in the provider_user_map table. Resolution Had them run "logout" from the bot in teams .Once completed had them relink by running "hi" and choosing to link the account.After this the issue was resolved.
