The `Certificate Renewal By System Property` step (from PRB1682595 fix) is expected to set `renewal_tracking` when `glide.discovery.certs.enable_renewal_task_creation_on_for_discovered_certificates` system property is `true`.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the `Microsoft CA` pattern. 2. Observe the `fix dates` step sets `renewal_tracking` without a condition.
