After installing a Service Graph Connector, the entry in itom_lu_discovery_source_mapping is missing, and ITOM License counting doesn't happenDescriptionFor ITOM license counting to work for Service Graph Connector (SGC) data sources, a itom_lu_discovery_sources and itom_lu_discovery_source_mapping must be present. The itom_lu_discovery_mapping record for a newly installed SGC app may be missing in the instance.Steps to Reproduce On an instance with sn_itom_license version 1.0.0 installedInstall any SGC from the store. e.g. Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune 2.3.0.Check entry in itom_lu_discovery_sourcesCheck entry in itom_lu_discovery_source_mapping Expected behaviour:A record in itom_lu_discovery_sources and itom_lu_discovery_source_mapping specific to the Service Graph Connector should be in each table. Actual behaviour:There is no entry for the newly installed SGC in itom_lu_discovery_mapping table. Without this, license counting doesn't happen.WorkaroundThis problem is currently under review and targeted to be fixed in a future release. This fix and repair script is for the Customers using any Service Graph Connectors app and sn_itom_license version 1.0.0 Fix to prevent this happening for any more SGC installs: The script include that needs updating has read-only protection policy. You will probably need a support case to get that turned off for you before applying the workaround. Import, preview and commit this Update Set to add the workaround:sys_remote_update_set_93df6896931e75104f84ba774dba1017a6c73010180603213603951d25ec311a74b7f1ac09.xml Download the attached update set to your computer, which is named "PRB1713075 ITOM License Update Set"System Update Sets > Retried Update SetsClick 'Import Update Set from XML' related linkSpecify the file you just downloadedPreview and commit in the usual way. Note: This customises the ITOMLicensingUtils script include (/sys_script_include.do?sys_id=0ab86cdac3132300daa79624a1d3ae9a). To prevent skipped upgrades, and code mismatches caused by that, you will need to revert this customisation to out-of-box after upgrading to the fixed version of the sn_itom_license app. Subscribe to this KB to get notified about the fix version.
