In EC portal, AIS Topic Search widget brings in unexpected search resultsDescriptionIn EC portal, AIS Topic Search widget brings in search results from other topics other than the selected topic.Steps to Reproduce 1. in an OOB instance with AI search enabled2. make sure to follow SN document so the search functionality is enabled on topic pages on EC portalhttps://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-employee-service-management/page/product/employee-center/concept/improved-search.html3. go to /esc4. click on the hardware topic, sort A-Z, and keep showing more until you can see the "Password Reset"- notice how "Password Reset" shows in the hardware topic5. go to the software topic6. in the search bar within the topic click in "Search Resource" and type "access"- notice how it shows the "Access" catalog item as expected, which is in the software- but also notice it brings as a result "Password Reset" which is part of the hardware topic. This I not expected as this would make the search more like global searchEXPECTED:To only see search results within the selected topic "Software"RESULT:It shows, as a result, the software, but then it adds other items from other topics.WorkaroundRemove "62d1574053c13010cbb0ddeeff7b122c" from the option_schema field in sp_widget_9c691d40c31030102ec1a589a840dd4c This must be replaced after upgrading to the patch that fixes this issue, or if installing the app-learning-core plugin.
