Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Data Certification > Tasks > All Tasks 2. Select any record where the State is one of 'Open, Pending, or Work in Progress' 3. Select all open checkboxes for each element on the record 4. Select Certify checked elements (e.g. Green circle with a checkmark) 5. You will notice 2 green checkboxes for each element on the record.

I have noticed that you are seeing this issue only when the Frame is with the Navbar. If the record is opened without the Navbar, it is working fine.
