This results in 'no records' message displayed on conversation list under conversation tab.Feedback records show-up as expected on manually applying the same filter on the conversation list report.Steps to Reproduce - Login to any OOTB Utah instance (with VA installed)- Open the Virtual agent dashboard- Scroll down to view the 'User feedback' widget in the 'Overview' Tab- Make sure to have some data in user feedback report- If there is no data present under user feedback report, submit a virtual agent feedback survey- Open the VA dashboard again, Click on the User feedback report- It gets redirected to the Conversation tab and displays the conversation records with feedback repose filter appliedhttps://<instance_name>.service-now.com/now/conversation/analytics/conversations/params/start-date/2022-10-01/end-date/2023-11-01/encoded-query/Feedback%2520Result%2Fis%2520any%2520of%2F%255B%2522%25F0%259F%2598%2590%2520Neutral%2522%255D%2FNEW_QUERYExpected Behaviour: Conversation records related to the user feedback responses should show up in the conversation list report under conversation tabActual Behaviour: The Conversation list report displays no records message.Workaround This problem is currently under review.
