You can follow any of the three methods to fix it:You can disable the property "glide.service_portal.user_criteria_enabled" and set it to "false".If you want "glide.service_portal.user_criteria_enabled" to be "true", then you have to define the user criteria on "can view"/"cannot view" on all the service portal content like widgets, pages, widget instances in the related list (m2m_sp_page_uc_can_view,m2m_sp_widget_uc_can_view)If you do not want to configure user criteria at every page and widget level, you should either set the property "glide.sp.entitlement.override" to contact roles: sn_customerservice.customer role so they can override and see all the pages and widgets on the portal.
