Using Force Local Login with the Now Mobile AppSummaryThe ServiceNow mobile apps have an option 'Force local login in mobile apps' that, if enabled, ensures that mobile app users authenticate via the local user login page even on instances with Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled: Force local login in mobile apps To enable local login for a given mobile app, the mobile app config for that corresponding app needs to be updated. The 'Force local login' box, if checked will enable local login for that app. Note: the Force local login is per app type. So you can have SSO enabled for Agent app but local login for Now Mobile app as they are different app types.
