ACC-F 3.2's new Agent Health Dashboard doesn't load on pre-Vancouver instances Description Agent Client Collector Framework 3.2.0, which is installable on Tokyo/Utah/Vancouver, migrated the Agent Health Dashboard from a Performance Analytics-based one to a Polaris UI Platform Analytics Workspace-based one. This only works on Vancouver instances.

Related problem: Platform Analytics Workspace is not installed by default on at least Tokyo and Utah instances, and not upgraded as part of a ACC-F upgrade, because it is not listed as a Dependency of Agent Client Collector Framework 3.2.0.

Steps to Reproduce

On a pre-Vancouver instance e.g. Utah patch 7a: Install Platform Analytics Workspace 3.0.6, if not already installed Note: That is necessary to avoid a "404: The page you are looking for could not be found." error for the Workspace in general. Install Agent Client Collector Framework 3.2.0 Set up at least 1 agent, so you have data to display navigate to Workspace > Platform Analytics Workspace > Analytics Center or Agent Client Collector > Agent Health Dashboard open Agent Health Dashboard Expected behaviour: 6 tiles with various graphs and numbers, similar to the old dashboard, should be shown.

Actual behaviour: No tiles are shown. Instead there is a picture of a Parabolic Antenna (?) and the text:

Note: This message is normal, and appears even if it loads: This dashboard is in the Agent Client Collector Framework application, but Global is the current application. To edit this dashboard, use the application picker to select the correct scope.

Workaround This problem is currently under review and targeted to be fixed in a future release. Subscribe to this Known Error article to receive notifications when more information will be available.

There are 2 workarounds:

Upgrade the instance to Vancouver. This loads correctly if the instance major version is Vancouver.

Add the missing record that causes the problem into Tokyo or Utah instances using this update set: Update set: PRB1664675 ACC Health Dashboard for Tokyo/Utah sys_remote_update_set_3b5599471b0ef510d008dc23b24bcb68.xml This adds a missing par_dashboard_canvas record with sys_id 22da223aeb863110d1056014b152282a The sys_update_xml is set to replace_on_upgrade=true, to avoid this being treated as a customisation and skipped in future upgrades. Go to System Update Sets > Retrieved Update Sets , and click the Import Update Set from XML link to import this. Then Preview and Commit in the usual way. For a missing or old version of Platform Analytics Workspace, simply install or upgrade the app in the normal way.
