Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Data management update job 2. Set conditions to select a record. 3. Fields and values pick any field and leave the value blank.

Expected Outcome: The field on the record will now be blank Actual Outcome: The field on the record retains the original value

Workaround There is no workaround for the issue being encountered.

The fix for this issue is due to be included in the Washington release
