Refresh of the browser screen will initiate a new chat on the service portalDetailsWhen the end user initiates a chat with the chat bot and has the conversation. Once the conversation is completed the end user is not clicking the x icon at the bottom so that chat bot will not be closed completely and the end user refreshes the browser the chat window stays open and creates a new chat.Additional InformationThis is an expected behavior because reloading the browser with the web client exposed/opened, causes a handshake. If there is no active conversation ( in-progress conversation), a new conversation will be started.
