VTB Checklists can be visually edited in the UI when user does not have Write access causing changes to not take effect with no DB update Description VTB Checklists can be visually edited in the UI when user does not have Write access, confusing users as changes do not take effect, with no update on the DB.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as ITIL User. 2. Create a VTB. 3. Add a closed record to that VTB. The checklist on the closed record can still be changed, and the work notes update when a new item is added or marked as complete.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
