Search for the record that applies to TCP Endpoint (cmdb_ci_endpoint_tcp). Open the record and select the Identifier Entries related list. Review each identifier entry and check whether Active is set to true or false. For any entry where Active is false, open that entry and set Active to true, then save the record. After activating the required entries, test the service map again to confirm the TCP entry point can be added without error.
