The reason behind this error is that the development instance is unable to fetch the record Id properly in the OOB topic. However, tested on personal instance, and the same process worked correctly, and the record ID was fetched successfully in the OOB.Steps to reproduce:1) Open the service portal, click on the virtual agent chatbot2) Select the Raise a Service Request Topic3) You'll receive the list of catalog items4) Then select any catal1og item from the list5) Image and description will get displayed6) After this you'll receive the question "Should I proceed with this ?"Once you select yes then the mentioned issue will arise. The Catalog Item contains more variables/questions than what is currently set in the system property glide.sc.conversational.request.question.limit. The default value is 10. 2. The Variable Set is called "Booking Details" in which the Catalog Item "Meeting Room Booking" is using does not adhere to the Conditions Virtual Agent can accept. => The Variable Set "Booking Details" contains variables of type "Checkbox" which is not on the list of supported types within the documentation.
