1. The agent setup 2. The System topics 3. The topics you were working on it 4. The conversation settings 5. The AWA settings ... and seems to be fine.

There was something on the instance that was causing the issue. Not sure exactly what but probably any issue with the workers making the virtual agent to start the conversation
