When the browser width is less than 767px — whether in Mobile view or a narrow Desktop view — image scale question types, including emoji-based questions, display only one emoji at a time. The displayed emoji updates when the user selects a different choice. Added context from ServiceNow docs: When using Service Portal in a small Desktop view or Mobile view, surveys that use the Image Scale question type (such as emoji-based questions) do not display all options inline. Instead, only one emoji or image option may be visible, or the options wrap incorrectly. The signature checkbox is similarly not rendered inline as expected in these views. No configuration change is needed. If the full set of emoji options must be visible simultaneously, the user should widen the browser window to 768px or greater.
