ACR user column in acr_user table is taken from the "First Name" and "Last Name" of the user from the sys_user record. When the "First Name" and "Last Name" of the user is empty and thus it also shows the ACR User column as "(empty)" in "acr_user" table and upon opening that record and on clicking the "Preview the Record" icon. ResolutionThe user record in sys_user table need to have "First Name" and "Last Name" fields filled.
