Why are we seeing RCAs which have the same source and target scope?Issue For example, a few Legal Requests which has approvals associated throws an error when accessed on portal.Error message reads, "Read operation on table 'sn_lg_ops_request' from scope 'Legal Request Management' was denied. The application 'Legal Request Management' must declare a cross scope access privilege. Please contact the application admin to update their access requests." You may be under the impression this error is not supposed to show when the Table and the Scope are same. However, this is expected.ReleaseAnyCauseThe platform will generate RCA records with same source and target only when the Source Table is Widget and Type is Service Portal Widget, and it has to be allowed.ResolutionTo allow them we can edit the Status column of RCA in list view, and it will allow user to save the RCA in Allowed state. Please make sure while editing your Application Picker is same as target scope of RCA which is Legal Request Management in this case.
