Steps to Reproduce

Activate the Plugin Vulnerability response including Demo Data.

1. Access the following URL. https://INSTANCE_NAME.service-now.com/sp?id=form&table=sn_vul_vulnerable_item&sys_id=c2b402b153d010107861ddeeff7b12ae 2. Changing anything on the form. 3. Click on the Save button.

Expected behavior The record is saved without any error information. Actual behavior The record is saved but "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')" pops up in the browser console.
