Steps to Reproduce

1. Take any demo CI which has few relations or create few relations for the CI selected where parent is the selected CI and Child can be anything and save the relation data in CMDB Relationship formatter 2. Keep the cmdb relationship formatter open and delete all the added relations direclty from cmdb_rel_ci table 3. Now in the CMDB relationship editor add few more relations for the CI selected and save the data. Observe that the data deleted before and the newly added data is added in the cmdb_rel_ci table instead of the newly added data.
