Below are the steps to check the issue: Login to affected instanceNavigate to User Experience Analytics -> Dashboard.Select the affected Portal/application from the dropdownNow navigate to Usage Analysis -> PagesNow select tab "Pages Flows" and select the page needed from the search listOn the right side, notice there is Performance Widget where there is no analytics collected for the page Refer screenshot for reference Page performance analytics data is only sent from Utah release onwards. Once the affected instance is upgraded to Utah and once you start using the portal, performance information would be collected and presented.
