Speedometer : Not able to aggregate on a "Business duration" field - Known Error

Speedometer : Not able to aggregate on a "Business duration" field Description The "Business duration" field is not available as aggregate (Sum or Average) when creating a report the type of 'Speedometer'.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Report Designer, select table [incident], and chart type 'Speedometer'. In the configuration tab, select 'Sum' as Aggregation. Access the Aggregation drop-down list and observe that the 'Business Duration' field is not present. Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.

As a workaround, change the report type to 'Single Score', select the 'Business Duration' in the Aggregation drop-down field, save the report, change back the report type to 'Speedometer', and save the report again.
