This occurs on Utah Patch 4 Hot Fix 2 and is caused by GlideTime.getRaw in the script not adhering to daylight savings time. As a result, end times past 22:59:59 are not accepted from the UI when the Europe/London time zone is active. Workaround 1 — Switch time zone temporarily Navigate to the sys_cal_day record.Change the time zone to American/Los Angeles.Set the time range from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59.Save the record.Revert the time zone back to Europe/London.Save the record again. Workaround 2 — Enter a reduced time range Navigate to the sys_cal_day record.Enter the time range from 00:00:00 to 22:59:59 directly.Save the record. Added context from ServiceNow docs: The Business resolve time field (business_stc) uses the calDateDiff function to calculate duration between opened and resolved dates based on the default calendar defined in System Policy > Calendars. If an incident is opened and closed outside defined calendar business hours, Business resolve time shows as 0. To ensure the calendar functions correctly, the sys_calendar must be properly configured, including any holiday exclusions.
