Steps to Reproduce

> Open CMDB Workspace

> Open any CI record

For example, one CI name is showing as emse-10152007....

However the expectation is to see full CI name: emse-10152007.servicenow.com

This used to work prior to 4.0.1

Workaround Full CI name is showing in the navigation section right above CI name.

Also you may hover your mouse over the CI name, which will display a tootip that shows full CI name
