Utah Upgrade - Virtual agent pop-up window display a horizontal scroll bar. Description Virtual agent pop-up window rendered on portal displays a horizontal scroll bar when screen resolution is set to less than or equal to 80%.

Steps to Reproduce

Login to any OOB Utah/Vancouver instance Open VA chat window from portal Reduce the screen resolution to a value where horizontal scroll bar gets displayed (80-75%)

Expected Behaviour: Horizontal bar shouldn't be displayed Actual Behaviour : Horizontal bar is displayed when screen resolution is decreased to less than or equals to 80%
