Life cycle field and value calculated column does not respect children values in cmdb hierarchy Description Legacy field and value fields show the wrong value - the lowest available value in the CMDB tree is not selected.

Example query: /sys_choice_list.do?sysparm_filter=language=en^nameINcmdb_ci_business_app,cmdb_ci,cmdb^element=install_status^value=6

A sys_choice record for the cmdb_ci_business_app table is available but the the cmdb_ci or cmdb table value is used.

Steps to Reproduce

1. /nav_to.do?uri=sys_dictionary.do?sys_id=7434043a536750102455ddeeff7b1223%26sysparm_view=advanced

2. /nav_to.do?uri=sys_dictionary.do?sys_id=a4c904fa536750102455ddeeff7b128e%26sysparm_view=advanced

3. Observe the calculated field scripts do not sort the choice values and the bottom table in the CMDB heirarchy may not be selected.
