(For example, if the response templates are not visible for the incident table, select the table as "incident")Now set up a "Search Action Configuration" for this newly created entry. (It is available in the related list of the above form)Ensure that the "Search Actions" configuration "Copy to clipboard" is available for the required table. (Refer to any OOB search action table (cxs_ui_action) record "Copy to clipboard" of any table)Select the Search action as "Copy to clipboard" and save the record. If the reference lookup is empty then open the dictionary entry of the Search Action and Ensure the dictionary entry of the Search Action is referencing to Search Actions table(cxs_ui_action) without any filter conditions.
