Steps to reproduce: - Navigate Employee Center- click in Request something- create a new request/incident for example Repair Office Equipment- the new requested item will be created and you will see the tabs Activy and Attachments- Add an attachment using the icon in the activity tab- now select the Attachments tab and add a attachment, notice that now the comment "added attachment" is added automatically. Expected: Same behaviour consistently accross the TABs.
