Step 1 — Identify the affected table Determine which table the report is based on. You can find this in the report definition: navigate to Reports >View / Run, open the report, and note the value in the Table field. Step 2 — Navigate to Access Control rules 1. In the navigator, go to System Security > Access Control (ACL).2. Select New to create a new access control rule. Step 3 — Configure the ACL Complete the following fields: FieldValueTypeRecordOperationReport_viewName (Table)Enter the table identified in Step 1ActiveSelected (checked) Step 4 — Assign roles 1. In the Requires role related list at the bottom of the form, select Edit.2. Add the roles that should have access to view reports on this table.3. Select Save. Step 5 — Test the fix 1. Log in as a user who has one of the roles you added.2. Navigate to the workspace home tab and confirm the dashboard content is now visible.
