Can't find a certain table from trigger table options in Process Automation Designer (PAD)User Mickey Mouse was trying to select a certain table as a trigger table for Process Automation Designer (PAD), but he could not find the desired table in the list. Mickey wanted to know why, and how to resolve the issue. After speaking with ServiceNow Development, it was found that the best practice (as of Utah) was to create a case to have Support add the desired table(s) to sys_pd_trigger_license on behalf of Mickey (or any of Mickey's friends). Note: there are no licensing implications associated with Support assisting in this way. ServiceNow Development also confirmed that in a later release (estimated to be Washington D.C., though this is subject to change), needing Support to intervene to add tables in this way will be removed. At that time, Mickey (or any of Mickey's friends) will be able to add/remove tables at their leisure.
