Azure Cloud Insights Billing Download jobs are updating parent_account field on service accounts Description The Azure Billing Download job sets the parent_account field on the relevant Service Accounts.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Observe Cloud Discovery has set the parent_account value on the Azure Service Accounts to match the hierarchy in the Azure Portal.

2. Run Azure Billing Download job.

3. Observe the parent_account values have changed to the billing account.

Workaround Please commit attached updateset.
