Steps to Reproduce

Set "glide.discovery.certs.enable_renewal_task_creation_on_for_discovered_certificates" system property to "false". Run a Microsoft Certificate Authority Discovery - which triggers the "MicroSoft CA - Certificate Management" pattern. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-it-operations-management/page/product/service-mapping/reference/microsoft-ca-discovery.html Observe the payload includes `"renewal_tracking": "priority3"`.
