An issue occurred when the 'can read' user criteria was added to restrict the access to few users, based on advanced script. This still made those users able to access the change model.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create user criteria in such a way that it restricts the access to user based on a field validation in advanced script. 2. Add the user criteria to any change model under can read related list. 3. Impersonate the user who is not satisfying the can read condition. 4. Click on create change module. See the change model which has the restriction defined.
