In the video, it explains that in order to see the Mobile Push option under "My On-Call Contact Preferences", you need to have "Notify" plugin installed in the instance and the agent should have "ServiceNow Agent" App installed on the phone with notification setting enabled. There is no other setting required in order to see the option. By following the steps above you should be able to see the mobile push option as shown in the screenshot attached.
