Steps to Reproduce

Activate the CSM Configurable Workspace Plugin

1. Set the system property "glide.ui.fetch.list.record.count.asynchronously" to true. 2. Create an incident record. 3. Add more than 20 incidents to the Child Incidents related list. 4. Open the incident in the CSM Configurable Workspace. 5. Select the Relate List Child incidents

Expected behavior The Related List account should show the actual account. Actual behavior The Related List account shows 20.
