When a report is exported to PDF, it comes out with a shade or shadow (s) or grey overlay Issue When a multi-level pivot table report is export to PDF (either on demand or through email), the report has text generated on top of data (the text gives the report conditions, who ran it, the table name queried, etc..). In addition, the entire report appears to be greyed out (dark grey overlay).

Also there is some text at the top of the PDF export. It shows "Enable Analytics" followed by text that says "we are working to improve our customer experience by tracking your in-app activity"...etc.

Cause This is a known error. Configuring & setting up a few properties can fix this this.

Resolution Do the following:

1)Set this property to "true" if exist if not create and set it to true

"glide.ui.report.old_report_builder"

2)Go to the report(refresh the page)> change to the classic UI

3)Click on save drop down and click export settings >check/Uncheck Report details

Set this property to "true" to disable the message "glide.analytics.user.consent.popup.disabled" (if this doesn't exist, please create it)
